As our
Regional Training Manager
, you’ll own the systems that keep our people trained & our processes standardized across every facility. This role is about building organizational capability, not just administering it.

Job responsibilities include:

• Developing & maintaining a standardized, company-wide training program for salaried & hourly employees
• Building a formal Train-the-Trainer program & certifying trainers to consistent corporate standards
• Owning the document control system, including SOPs, work instructions & controlled document repositories
• Supporting compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA & other regulatory requirements
• Leading process standardization efforts across operations, quality, safety, engineering & supply chain teams
• Developing KPIs & dashboards that give leadership visibility into training effectiveness & document control performance
• Supporting succession planning, leadership development & cross-training initiatives across all locations
• Coaching trainers & site leaders on instructional methods, adult learning principles & facilitation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Manufacturing, HR, Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years managing training programs in a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment
• 3+ years administering document control systems
• Familiarity with ISO-based management systems & lean/continuous improvement environments preferred
• Strong skills in SharePoint, Power BI & workflow automation platforms
• A collaborative leader who can influence without direct authority & drive change across multiple sites
• A genuine coach & mentor who's energized by developing people & building culture

• This position requires you to travel a certain 40% of the time.
• Are you local to Terrell, TX 75160 and willing to work onsite 5 days per week?
• Do you have at least 5 years of experience managing or leading training programs within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational business environment?
• Do you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience administering a formal document control system including document creation, approval, revision, and archival workflows?
• Have you personally developed and certified trainers through a formal Train-the-Trainer program?
• Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for an employment visa?
• Are you currently on Optional Practical Training (OPT)?
