What You Get To Do Quality Lab Tech - Anodize Shift B 6P-6A

Join our Anodize team as a Quality Lab Tech responsible for the safe handling and processing of aluminum extrusions for anodization. This role is crucial for ensuring our products meet quality standards and are prepared efficiently for further processing.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to distinguish between finish colors.

• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work independently and capable of working on the factory floor for up to 10 hours.

What We Are Looking For

Conduct chemical tests on the anodizing line and make the necessary additions.

Prepare and dump baths during PM's.

Conduct tests on Die Etch baths and make additions.

Run silica test on R.O. unit.

Rinse membranes when flow is 8 gpm or Silica is 3 mg/l.

Operate and maintain A.P.U.
