Packer, Manufacturing ​/ Production

ACERO Building Components, 20+ years in the Car Port Industry, is expanding and looking for Packagers. We offer full-time direct hire, holidays and vacation paid. Benefits after 90 days.

A packer is responsible for stacking finished goods to a specified work order using heavy lifting. They verify the correct quantities and quality of completed orders, manage finished goods inventory, and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to pack/bundle structurally sound products and structures.

• Use power tools and mechanical equipment to pack finished goods.
• Place packing finished goods in a shipping crate to minimize potential of product damage during shipping.
• Verify styles and quantities of materials picked.
• Follow company procedures and directives.
• Keep a clean and well‑maintained workspace.
• Resolve discrepancies and research all possible solutions to ensure order accuracy.

• Focused attention span.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions on work orders and equipment.
• Able to follow all safety requirements.
• Ability to maneuver power tools and crane.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm. Occasional overtime.
