• Handle caustic chemicals safely.
• Operate machinery, including an overhead crane.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and comply with all safety policies and procedures.

• Read written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
• Read and interpret die drawings.
• Use calipers, protractors, squares, micrometers, and feeler gauges.
• Multitask, prioritize, and work under time constraints.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Work independently and follow direction without supervision.
• Work flexible schedules, including periods of required overtime.
• Collaborate with team and be willing to be trained for work in other areas as assigned.

• Stand and walk on concrete for up to 12 hours.
• Twist, bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Lift, push, pull, and move up to 75 lbs individually or 150 lbs with a partner.
• Grasp, squeeze, hold, or handle items ranging from thin to thick metal, small to large items.
• Reach, handle, and grasp while turning the upper body while moving and lifting.
• Have visual acuity to inspect products for quality flaws and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Work in temperatures consistent with outdoor climate conditions (heat, humidity, etc.).
