We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Admissions
- Skilled Nursing professional to join our team at Avir  a vital member of our marketing and admissions department, you will play a crucial role in promoting our skilled nursing facility and attracting new residents.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract potential residents and their families to our facility. You will work closely with our admissions team to ensure seamless transitions for new residents and provide exceptional customer service to our existing residents and their families.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our skilled nursing facility, including social media, email marketing, and print campaigns
• Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and execute effective admissions strategies, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare partners, including physicians, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers
• Analyze and report on marketing metrics and admissions results to inform future marketing strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral sources

• Proven experience in marketing and admissions in the post-acute care industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing and social media
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
