Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure clothing racks, tables, and displays remain well-maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
