Parts Back Counter Associate

As a Parts Back Counter Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our parts department by assisting with inventory management, organizing parts, and providing excellent service to our technicians and customers. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a motivated attitude.

• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing parts inventory.
• Support the parts counter by preparing and staging parts for service technicians.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Help maintain a clean and organized parts storage area.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

• Previous experience in a GM dealership parts department is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Motivated, dependable, and able to work well within a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move parts as needed.
