Sales Stylist

Responsibilities

• Model and coach for customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and promotions based on consumer needs, consistent with Levi’s® service approach.
• Promote Levi’s® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns consistent with company policy and consumer satisfaction.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Handle all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.

• Fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Must be 16 years old or older.

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $12.00 - $19.95 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
