Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $ Base+Commission/month
Gilchrist Insurance Group is growing, and we are seeking energetic and driven individuals with a winning mindset to join our personal/commercial lines producer team. This position is a salary + commission, so you have the opportunity to control your financial future.

Qualifications- Valid P&C license highly preferred
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients/prospects
- Strong negotiation skills
- Texas Property & Casualty License Highly Preferred
- Self-motivated

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Client advocate
- Sales Forecasting
- Generating new business by prospecting and networking
- Meeting with potential clients to assess their insurance needs
- Providing clients with customized insurance solutions

- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Forecasting sales and developing sales strategies
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulation
