Build your sales career while helping more families achieve the dream of home ownership. Growth Homes, in partnership with New Home Star, is seeking a motivated, customer-focused New Home Sales Assistant to join its growing onsite sales team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Growth Homes is expanding into DFW with new communities preparing to open in Royse City, Mesquite, and Terrell. As the local team grows, we're looking for someone who is excited to learn the new home sales business, support an exceptional customer experience, and develop the skills needed to grow into a full-time New Home Advisor role in the future.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced sales professionals, interact directly with prospective home buyers, learn the new construction sales process, and gain exposure to multiple Growth Homes communities. • Help provide onsite model home coverage across Growth Homes communities in Royse City, Mesquite, and Terrell, TX, based on scheduling and business needs.
• Welcome prospective home buyers and create a friendly, professional, and engaging first impression when they visit a Growth Homes community.
• Learn about Growth Homes floor plans, home features, available opportunities, community amenities, and the overall home buying experience.
• Assist prospective buyers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate New Home Advisor for additional sales support and follow-up.
• Support New Home Advisors with prospect follow-up, appointment preparation, model home activity, customer communication, and other sales-related needs.
• Assist with maintaining accurate prospect and customer information within the CRM.
• Help ensure model homes and sales environments are organized, welcoming, and ready for prospective buyers.
• Support community events, Realtor activities, and other onsite initiatives designed to create an engaging experience for prospective home buyers.
• Collaborate with sales, construction, marketing, and other team members as needed to support community operations and the customer experience.
• Learn the fundamentals of new home sales by observing experienced Advisors and participating in ongoing training and development.

• An interest in building a long-term career in sales, real estate, homebuilding, or new home sales.
• Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, leasing, retail, or other customer-facing experience is preferred, but direct new home sales experience is not required.
• A friendly, confident, and professional communication style with the ability to connect with a variety of customers.
