Maintenance Lead - Nights

Job Summary

The Night shift Maintenance Lead is focused on leading a team as well as being a team player while being willing to be trained to work in other areas as needed and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Always works in a safe manner and identifies safety hazards.
• Conducts themselves in a professional manner during the course of the workday.
• Can take care of tasks and assigned work as needed with little or no supervision.

• Perform maintenance on assigned production machinery, including analyzing and diagnosing problems.
• Turn in problems with equipment that needs to be repaired on P.M.
• Help and guide others with problems when needed.

• Ability to wire motors, motor starters, relays and other electrical equipment including Variable Frequency Drives with little or no assistance.
• Experience with PLCs.
• Ability to perform all types of plumbing work, including PVC, black iron, and copper pipe.
• Proficiency cutting with oxy/acetylene and plasma cutter.
• Ability to troubleshoot most problems using prints.
