• Install, service, and repair electrical systems and equipment across the facility.
• Execute scheduled inspections and tests to meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Identify faults quickly and deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to enhance equipment uptime and performance.
• Record all maintenance and repair work with accurate, complete documentation.
• Apply and uphold all electrical safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Help train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians.

• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship completion preferred.
• Valid Texas electrician license or certification.
• Hands‑on industrial electrician experience with strong systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and applicable safety standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communicator with a positive, professional demeanor.
