Journeyman Med Gas Plumber

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Job description:

We are seeking Licensed Journeyman Plumbers with Med Gas Endorsement for immediate work in the Terrell, TX area.

• Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is able to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and punctual
• Be able to read blueprints and lay out plumbing systems for underground rough and the top out phase
• Have an understanding of plumbing codes in different jurisdictions
• Install DWV (Drain, Waste and Vent systems), domestic water piping (hot & cold systems) and acid waste during new construction or remodels
• Install natural gas systems, and med gas systems (vacuum, O2, Medical Air, nitrogen) We set plumbing fixtures for commercial buildings and hospitals
• The ability to Solder & Brazing of copper tubing, thread steel pipe, and use Pro Press is recommended

Requirements:

• 5+ years of plumbing experience in the commercial construction industry
• 1+ years of medical gas plumbing experience in the commercial construction industry
• Active TSBPE Journeyman License WITH Med Gas Endorsement
• Tools
• Transportation
