Warehouse Associate (Temporary Full-Time)

Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure throughout North America. Pearce delivers technical maintenance, repair, operations, and engineering services for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, backup power generators, battery energy storage systems (BESS), critical cooling systems, and other electrical and mechanical infrastructure across markets such as renewable energy, telecom, and data centers.

Position Type: Temporary Full-Time

Assignment Duration: Approximately 1-2 months (subject to change based on business needs)

This role is critical to ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely movement of materials that support both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands‑on, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This is a 100% on‑site role; candidates should live in or near Terrell, Texas.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming equipment and materials for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare, package, and ship outbound materials using proper crating, palletizing, and labeling methods.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time.
• Perform order fulfillment from initial request through shipment and notification.
• Maintain organized storage locations and update inventory movements in the system.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Support Field Service teams by identifying material availability and proper part selection.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping dock environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (propane preferred).
• Work collaboratively with management, coworkers, visitors, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

• One (1+) year of experience in the same or similar role is desired.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds several times per day.
• Forklift certification required (propane preferred).
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools (drills, hammer, circular saw, etc.).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report.
• Employment is temporary and may be ended at any time based on the completion of the assignment or business needs.

Base Pay Range: $20 – $25 USD per hour.

• Eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, and tool/equipment stipends.
