Heart of Hospice, part of the Optum family, seeks an After hours Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive hospice care to patients and families after regular hours, including nights and weekends. Primary duties include telephone triage, after hours visits, and evaluating eligibility within 48 hours of referral.
Required RN licensure in Louisiana, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, plus CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
