As an MET Technician / Strip Fitter
, you'll be responsible for dismantling, repairing and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications. Working alongside experienced Panel Beaters and Paint Sprayers, you'll ensure every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.

• Strip and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components on accident-damaged vehicles.
• Carry out repairs using manufacturer-approved repair methods and the latest equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults where required.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced accident repair centre.
• Work closely with the wider bodyshop team to maintain an efficient repair process.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Previous experience as an MET Technician
  , Strip Fitter or Bodyshop Technician within a busy accident repair centre.
• Recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• High attention to detail with pride in producing quality workmanship.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent team-working skills.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards.

• Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000.
