• Lead the development of proposals, negotiations, contractual agreements, contract execution, and day‑to‑day administration.
• Provide sound contract management communications to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies.
• Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract requirements.
• Develop and enhance positive customer relationships for working contractual matters to resolution.
• Effectively communicate with senior leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization.
• Leverage excellent relationships with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive closure on complex contractual issues and achieve business results.
• Domestic travel may be required (approximately once or twice per year).

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of five years’ experience.
• Experience with Contracts Administration, Supply Chain Management/Administration.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracts including negotiations and/or pricing.
• Experience in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

• Ability to work independently while partnering with others in a team environment and deferring to management as appropriate.
• Experience contracting through an IDIQ or Undefinitized Contract Actions (UCA) contract execution.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective and sustaining relationships with external and internal customers.
• Experience in a position requiring multitasking and handling several assignments concurrently.

Salary range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD. The specific benefits depend on the business unit and whether the position is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement.
