Responsibilities- Lead the development of proposals, negotiations, contractual agreements, contract execution, and day‑to‑day administration.
- Provide sound contract management communications to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies.
- Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract requirements.
- Develop and enhance positive customer relationships for working contractual matters to resolution.
- Effectively communicate with senior leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization.
- Leverage excellent relationships with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive closure on complex contractual issues and achieve business results.
- Domestic travel may be required (approximately once or twice per year).
- University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of five years’ experience.
- Experience with Contracts Administration, Supply Chain Management/Administration.
- Experience with U.S. Government contracts including negotiations and/or pricing.
- Experience in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Ability to work independently while partnering with others in a team environment and deferring to management as appropriate.
- Experience contracting through an IDIQ or Undefinitized Contract Actions (UCA) contract execution.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective and sustaining relationships with external and internal customers.
- Experience in a position requiring multitasking and handling several assignments concurrently.
Salary range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD. Eligible applicants may receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. The specific benefits depend on the business unit and whether the position is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement. Eligible applicants may also participate in annual incentive compensation programs.
