The Project Manager will work closely with senior staff to ensure the timely delivery of a completed project. The candidate should have project management experience in the construction of industrial facilities. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a team of talented, high caliber engineers and construction professionals.
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction of industrial facilities
- Complete familiarity with all phases of construction from Pre-Construction Services through Commissioning
- Responsible for the profitable construction execution of large and small projects
- Full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including negotiating extras, cost control, working with engineering team for deliverables, construction scheduling, turnover, quality control and cash management
- Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on projects
