We are looking for a Quality & Regulatory Services Support Specialist to provide front‑line support for internal and external customers regarding quality and regulatory inquiries. The role creates and manages customer change notifications, liaises between customers and internal teams, and ensures compliance with quality agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all customer communications regarding change notifications and related inquiries for North America customers.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and commercial, business, engineering, and other departments.
  • Work with Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Business Operations, Scientific Support, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage global customer change control notifications for all manufacturing sites.
  • Write and send completed change notification letters.
  • Maintain the customer change notification program, track, prioritize, and document all notifications.
  • Drive process performance to prioritize and complete notifications in a timely manner.
  • Work with the regulatory team to provide communications/notifications to customers from field actions.
  • Prioritize and upscale key customer and urgent inquiries to the correct department.
  • Report metrics for the change notification system.
  • Support customer communications regarding complaints and audit requests.
  • Facilitate audit requests, coordinating with Plant Quality to schedule on‑site and remote audits.
  • Ensure all necessary components and agreements are in place prior to audit.
Experiences/Education – Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • Knowledge of quality and regulatory practices is highly encouraged.
  • Ability to handle time‑sensitive customer requests and prioritize/escalate tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, , and People Soft; quick to learn new systems.
  • Customer‑facing, manufacturing and/or Quality/Regulatory experience in medical devices and/or clinical industries.
  • Experience designing and maintaining reports and metrics.
  • Courteous, articulate, and professional oral and written communication skills.

Compensation range: $67,237.00 – $92,451.00 (full‑time). Salary considerations include location, market, experience, training, and education.
