Tewksbury Elementary Schools

• Starting at: $24.00/hour
• Part‑time benefits available

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more.
• Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
• Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children’s sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students’ interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment where staff, children, and parents can thrive.

• 21+ years old and a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a child‑related field such as elementary education, child psychology, or recreation management (preferred).
• Flexible and demonstrates a passion to work with children in a learning environment.
• Provides a supportive and caring environment for children.
• Ability to communicate professionally with children, parents, staff, and other management.
• Ability to successfully pass and maintain criminal history background checks and Child Protective Services Registry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well‑organized, thorough, and highly reliable/dependable.
• Ability to remain calm while maintaining high professionalism and personal work ethics/integrity at all times.
• Basic Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Direct instructional experience in a licensed childcare program, an elementary public or charter school, a Department of Health licensed camp, or an approved private educational organization system.

• At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.

Part‑time

$24 to $28 Per Hour
