Position: Senior Systems Engineer - Tewksbury, MA - Active Secret Clearanc with Security Clearance
Senior Systems Engineer needed for a contract opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite in Tewksbury, MA. Contract Length: 12 months
* Must have an active Secret Clearance to be considered for this role.

* Job Description:

* Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces.
* Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments.
* Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
* Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
* Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact.
* Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
* Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements. Desired Skill Set:
* Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
* Experience developing both scripts and functions with MATLAB.
* Experience in developing and managing requirements.
* Experience with C++, Python, or similar.
* Experience with generating technical documentation, such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports.
* Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification.
* Experience with evaluating systems using simulated environments.
* Experience interfacing with internal and external customers.

Required Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience.
* Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
