Job Description # Radar Systems Engineer - P4 - Cleared On-Site
* Support
** systems integration, system test, and requirements engineering
** activities* Develop and maintain
** system requirements
** and ensure proper traceability
* Write and execute
** MATLAB scripts and functions
** to support analysis, modeling, evaluation, and test workflows
* Develop utilities, scripts, and automation tools using
** C++, Python, or similar languages
*** Produce technical documentation including:  + Test plans  + Test procedures  + Technical reports
* Conduct hands‑on integration and verification in:  + Engineering labs  + Test facilities  + Field environments (as required)
* Evaluate system performance using
** simulated environments
** and relevant platforms
* Interface with
** internal and external customers**, supporting reviews, discussions, and technical exchanges
* Support troubleshooting, investigation, and issue resolution across multi‑disciplinary teams
* Contribute to system‑level analysis and integration planning
* Support technical presentation preparation and engineering reviews
* ** 8+ years
** of prior engineering experience
* Bachelor’s degree in
** Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
*** Experience in one or more of the following:  + Systems software  + Systems hardware  + Systems requirements  + Systems integration  + Systems test
* Proficiency with at least one of:  +
** MATLAB**  +
** Python**  +
** C++**  + Other scripting or programming languages
* Experience developing technical documentation (test plans, procedures, etc.)
* Experience working in an
** integration lab, test facility, or field test environment
*** Ability to evaluate systems within
** simulated environments
*** Strong communication and customer‑interaction skills
* ** Active Secret clearance

* Experience with system‑level integration and verification strategies
* Hands‑on experience working with hardware and software in integrated environments
* Experience analyzing or troubleshooting system‑level performance
* Familiarity with engineering configuration control and test documentation
* Ability to support requirements decomposition, traceability, and validation
* Demonstrated effectiveness collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams
