Job Description # Integration & Test Engineer
* Serve as the
** Integration & Test Engineering integrator
** in the radar string lab
* Develop, document, and execute
** system test procedures
** for hardware and software
* Perform
** hands‑on integration**, configuration, and bring‑up of lab equipment and software builds
* Troubleshoot issues, collect logs, and perform
** detailed performance analysis
** on radar/system data
* Support
** verification and validation
** events to confirm compliance with requirements and specifications
* Coordinate across engineering, test, and software teams; participate in
** peer/gate/test‑readiness reviews
*** Maintain readiness of test setups and ensure
** process adherence
** for software/hardware test activities
* Support
** export/licensing policy compliance
** during test and evaluation activities
* Travel up to
** 10%** (local and non‑local), including support for foreign military sales test events
* Bachelor’s degree in
** Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)**
* ** 2+ years
** of relevant experience (integration, verification/validation, and/or test)
* ** Linux/Unix and networking system administration
** skill set
* Experience with at least one of:
** MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++**, Linux or Unix scripting
* Demonstrated experience in
** systems engineering, integration, networking, verification/validation, and/or testing
*** Strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills in lab environments
* Experience developing
** integration/test procedures, test plans, or test scripts
*** Familiarity with
** configuration control documentation
** and reading
** test setup schematics
*** Exposure to
** regression testing**, software installation, and integrating/configuring electronics or network equipment
* Knowledge of
** Agile/Dev Sec Ops
** practices (daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, PI planning, retrospectives) and tools (e.g.,
** Jira, Confluence**)
* Certifications such as
** CompTIA Network+
** or
** Security+
** are a plus
* Understanding of
** system algorithms**,
** signal processing concepts**, and
** system‑level performance**- Experience working in a
** test lab environment
** and with
** system integration
