WhatYou Will Do
As a Sustainment Data Analyst, you’ll be assigned to one or more LTAMDS or IRAD programs and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Land and Air Defense products and services over their life cycle. You’ll accomplish this mission by leveraging existing and new sustainment capabilities and collaborating with the following entities:
- Systems, Software and Hardware design organizations
- Engineering Cross Product Teams (CPTs)
- LTAMDS Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Chief Engineers, Program Directors and Program Managers
- National and International Customers
May be required.
LocationThis position will be based in Tewksbury, MA.
Responsibilities- Manage highly agile teams (5-10 employees)
- Develop long-term roadmaps for technology development
- Support open source and FOSS integration with D4 data pipeline
- Develop capabilities in alignment with modern programming languages
- Support and manage projects ranging from small to large scale investment
- Balance project budget up to $750K+
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience of Agile development
- Product lead experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
- Experience using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools
- Ability to lead, alongside peers, the development of long-range plans to capitalize on future opportunities
- Ability to overcome obstacles and negotiate change
- Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills with the ability to analyze technical and financial data and reports; exceptional judgment and decision-making
- A candidate who demonstrates initiative, quickly learns processes, and is capable of independently managing tasks and driving them to completion

USD 107,500 – 204,500 (good faith estimate). Salary reflects experience, role, function, responsibilities, location, education, and key skills.
