Geologics is seeking a Secret Cleared STS Senior Test Development Engineer experience developing test stations/fixtures/automated test software, has familiarity with a process-heavy work environment. Projects are nearly always team-based (5-10 engineers) so attributes such as strong collaboration and communication, in addition to technical aptitude, are essential for achieving success within our department.
Responsibilities- Develop test stations/fixtures and automated test software in a process-heavy, team-based environment (5-10 engineers); emphasize collaboration, communication, and technical aptitude.
- Execute assigned technical tasks in a team setting and support scheduled project meetings.
- Report progress periodically (daily, weekly, etc.) as required by the project lead.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM with minimum of 2-10 years of experience
- Electrical test instrument/equipment experience
- Power, RF, digital logic, and analog circuit knowledge
- Automated test software development experience
- Automated test software (C/C++/C#, LabVIEW, Test Stand)
- ORCAD and/or Cadence Allegro for PCB design, experience in any of the following: power, RF, digital logic
- Experience with project leadership, project cost and schedule management, e.g., EVMS, MS Project
- DoD project development life-cycle processes
- Execute assigned technical tasks in a team setting
- Support any scheduled project meetings
- Report progress periodically as required by the project lead
