Program Integrator – Patriot Missile GEM‑T
Position located in Tewksbury, MA. Onsite role with required active U.S. Secret security clearance.
What You Will Do- Serve as primary liaison between COMLOG and NSPA, ensuring programmatic requirements are identified, addressed, and followed through to resolution.
- Identify and track program and technical risks and collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation solutions.
- Seek opportunities for program improvements and support broader team in developing and implementing processes such as CORE projects.
- Collaborate with key customer stakeholders and participate in meetings as required.
- Support domestic and international travel as needed.
- Typical requirement:
University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience. - Experience working on a project and on a cross‑functional team.
- Experience with external customer interface.
- Experience with Patriot product line or production contracts.
- Program Management Level 6 certification, and experience with program management tools, IPDS, EVMS, risk & opportunity management, IMP/IMS development.
- Proposal activities experience.
- Import/Export knowledge or licensing processes experience.
