  • Serve as a Change Control Board panel member for program TE.
  • Review contract deliverables and coordinate with program personnel and defense contract management for DD250 sell‑off and customer acceptance.
  • Participate in software reviews and release‑to‑production sell‑off tasks.
  • Ensure completion of required documentation, identify nonconformance and noncompliance, resolve and close open issues, and ensure quality and configuration of program assets.
  • Review risk and opportunity data to shepherd projects to eliminate or reduce risks and/or realize opportunities.
  • Oversee and perform root cause analysis, facilitate corrective actions, and implement closed‑loop process controls along with continuous improvement methods.
  • Travel to local suppliers to maintain relationships and drive ongoing process improvement and defect reduction efforts. Potentially travel domestically where TEQE assistance is needed.
