Raytheon - Digital Electronics Electrical Engineer

The Radar Digital Products department designs digital electronic circuit cards, electronic assemblies, FPGAs and radar processing systems from proposal through transition to production.

• Partner with a senior team member to design digital hardware supporting radar systems
• Support hardware validation testing of digital hardware
• Support integrating digital hardware into radar systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
• Experience or knowledge of VHDL, Verilog and/or circuit design
• Experience or knowledge of Matlab and/or C programming
• Experience or knowledge of circuit analysis

• ABET accreditation (preferred but not required)
• 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
• Experience with digital signal processing
• Experience with SPICE tools
• Experience with CAD tools such as Xpedition, Allegro or OrCAD

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
