- Power System Design – Power System Noise, System Simulation and Modeling, Solid State Transmitters, Tube Transmitters, High Voltage Design, Power Sources, Generators
- Power Conversion – AC/DC, DC/DC and DC/AC, Linear and Switching Supplies, Power Factor Correction (PFC), Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS), Resonant Circuits, Synchronization, Noise Controls
- Power Distribution – Ground, Air, Shipboard, and Space, Power Generation, Line Voltage, High Current, Low Voltage, Micro-Power, DC, AC, Multi-Phase Power Control, Fault Reporting, Isolation, Protection Circuits, Redundant Systems
- Power Sub‑System Design – Filters, Harmonic Control, EMI, Circuit Simulation, Magnetics, Protective Relay Systems, Short Circuit and Stress Analyses
- Control Systems – Servo Control Systems, Motor/Power/Process Control, Digital Feedback Systems, Command Generation, Inertial Stabilization, Navigation Algorithms
- Work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements, operational specifications, and Raytheon guidelines.
- Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products.
- Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
- Gain greater mastery of analog and power engineering design.
- Demonstrate self-motivation.
- Travel to Marlborough, MA;
Tewksbury, MA;
Andover, MA;
Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required depending on the assignment.
- Typical requirement: degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree.
- Education or work experience in one of the following areas:
Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, Power Distribution or Control Systems. - Experience with modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Hardware development experience.
- Knowledge of test and production methods for electronics/power system components.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.

- Relocation eligibility:
This position is eligible for relocation.
Salary range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
