System Engineering Country Cross Product Team Lead (SE CPT Lead)

Location:

Tewksbury, MA (or Huntsville, AL) – Onsite.

Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required prior to start. U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: $107,500 – $204,500 USD (based on experience).

• Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for a Patriot partner country.
• Ensure System Architecture and Technical Baseline are developed and maintained.
• Ensure System Requirements are developed and maintained.
• Ensure Software Requirements are developed and maintained.
• Ensure Modeling and Simulation products are appropriately scoped and provided.
• Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts for a Patriot partner country.
• Brief Program Management and USG customer on plans and status.
• Travel as required, including regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and, occasionally, domestic or international travel.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
• Experience leading or contributing to proposals (creating BOEs, participating in proposal reviews).
• Active and transferable U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Preferred:
  Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification.
• Preferred:
  Program Manager Level 6 certification or ability to obtain within first year.

  Path to Lead System Engineer (LSE) certification.
