Position
System Engineering Country Cross Product Team Lead (SE CPT Lead)
Location:
Tewksbury, MA (or Huntsville, AL) – Onsite.
Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required prior to start. U.S. citizenship required.
Salary: $107,500 – $204,500 USD (based on experience).
Responsibilities- Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for a Patriot partner country.
- Ensure System Architecture and Technical Baseline are developed and maintained.
- Ensure System Requirements are developed and maintained.
- Ensure Software Requirements are developed and maintained.
- Ensure Modeling and Simulation products are appropriately scoped and provided.
- Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts for a Patriot partner country.
- Brief Program Management and USG customer on plans and status.
- Travel as required, including regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and, occasionally, domestic or international travel.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
- Experience leading or contributing to proposals (creating BOEs, participating in proposal reviews).
- Active and transferable U.S. Secret security clearance required.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Preferred:
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification. - Preferred:
Program Manager Level 6 certification or ability to obtain within first year. - Preferred:
Path to Lead System Engineer (LSE) certification.
