DevOps Engineer

Description

The Defense Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Dev Ops Engineer who holds a SECRET clearance to work remotely, but based out of our Tewksbury, MA office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the C-sUAS Engineering and Integration mission. In this mission we integrate data from existing C-sUAS infrastructure, radars, and sensors at various locations/sites to aim at controlling the airspace from sUAS.

• Maintaining and operating an pSDO environment and TAK product center environments
• Designing and implementing CI/CD Pipeline integration
• Scanning, Versioning, Packaging Software deliveries
• Mentoring other Devops Engineers
• Communicating issues with leadership
• Collaborate with government customers to better understand program needs.

• Must possess and maintain active DoD Secret clearance or above to be considered for role. (US Citizenship required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux based containerization
• Experience with Cyber Tools Administration such as Splunk, Fortify, Trivy, Sonarqube, SBOMs
• Experience with Artifact Management Tools such as Nexus, JFrog, Harbor
• Experience with Build Systems / Package Managers such as Conan, Gradle, NPM
• Experience writing YAML, Bash, or python CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience with Elastic Kubernetes Service

• Previous experience working with command and control (C2) or other mission control systems
