Electronics Engineer, Test Engineer
Location and Shift
100% onsite in Tewksbury or Marlborough, MA. 1st shift. Occasional travel to supplier, integration, and customer sites.
Responsibilities- Circuit and subsystem architecture, design, modeling, simulation, and verification.
- Integration and test at component, CCA, and subsystem levels.
- Transition to production and technical support to manufacturing and test engineers.
- Manage small projects or processes within the area of responsibility.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Digital Design (requirements to build and test).
- Experience in RF/Analog Design (requirements to build and test).
- Experience in production testing and troubleshooting circuits.
- Proficiency with design simulation tools such as Hyper Lynx or LTSpice and analytical tools such as Matlab.
- Proficiency with design development tools such as Mentor Graphics Xpedition.
- U.S. citizenship; must obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
- Interfacing and testing with digital‑to‑analog (D/A) and analog‑to‑digital (A/D) converters.
- Experience with high‑speed digital interfaces such as JESD
204B, DDR3/DDR4, SERDES, 10G+ Ethernet, and Fiber Channel. - Background in FPGA hardware inference designs, including SERDES, LVDS chip‑to‑chip and board‑to‑board.
- Understanding of requirement flowing from system to component level.
- Knowledge of cost estimating, budget, and schedule management.
- Experience in laboratory environments using logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, phase noise analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
- Experience in a production environment.
- Technical writing, proposal writing, and oral presentation experience.
- Active/Existing Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
Salary RangeUSD 68,900 – 131,100 (good faith estimate).
