• Design and hand‑on testing of microwave components, cards, and systems; provide technical support to production activities.
• Design RF microwave components and phased‑array applications.
• Integrate and test component‑level and system‑level phased‑array hardware.
• Manage cost and schedule.
• Write proposals and deliver presentations.
• Travel to integration sites, customers, and subcontractor facilities as required.

• Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in microwave/RF system, subsystem, and component analysis, design, and test.
• Hands‑on experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Genesys, Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition and analytical tools such as Matlab.
• Capable of performing basic RF calculations and cascaded analysis.
• Understanding of RF layout techniques from HF to X‑Band.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong academic background in Microwave Engineering, Microwave Systems, Electromagnetic Theory, and Radar Systems.
• Hands‑on experience with microwave testing techniques, including spectrum analyzers, real‑time spectrum analyzers (RSAs), vector network analyzers (VNAs), and performance network analyzers (PNAs).
• Experience in technical writing, proposal writing, and oral presentations.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering is a plus.

• Background designing and testing analog CCAs, including frequency conversion, automatic gain control, amplifier design, and analog filter design.
• Experience in electrical interconnects and transmission line design.
• Understanding of EMI analysis and mitigation techniques.
• Propensity for learning through self‑study and ability to thrive in a multi‑tasking environment.

Salary range: 86,800 USD–165,200 USD.
