Position:
Senior Electrical Engineer – Test Solutions Team
- Design, development, and integration of test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Design production test stations, Interface Test Adapters (ITAs), and harnesses.
- Create technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis for capture activities.
- Act independently or as part of a team to identify and resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
- Mentor cross‑functional teams of 3‑5 members, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on‑time and within‑scope completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years of prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
- Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics using tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
- Experience with commercial off‑the‑shelf test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
- Project management experience.
- Bidding, proposal, and technical writing experience.
- Experience developing and implementing programming languages (software).
- Designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed‑signal, and electrical system interconnect.
- Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design.
Salary Range: USD 86,800 – 165,200.
