This position is for a Senior Electrical Engineer with at least five (5) years of professional experience. The role is 100% onsite in Tewksbury/Andover, MA, and requires hands‑on work in multidisciplinary teams within the Test Solutions (TS) team.
What You Will Do:- Design, develop, and integrate test equipment capabilities for Raytheon products in multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Design production test stations, Interface Test Adapters (ITAs), and harnesses
- Create technical drawings, schematics, and circuit designs and perform analysis
- Investigate and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products, both independently and as part of a team
- Mentor cross‑functional teams of 3–5 members, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on‑time and within‑scope completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum five (5) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with three (3) years of relevant experience
- Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing
- Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics using tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic
- Experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters)
- Project management experience and bid, proposal, and technical writing experience
- Experience with developing and implementing programming languages (software)
- Experience designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed‑signal, and electrical system interconnect
- Experience performing analog, digital, or RF design
Salary range for this role is 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD. RTX considers factors such as role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills when determining an offer.
