Principal Electrical & Electronics; E&E Engineer – Test Solutions – Onsite; Tewksbury​/Andover, MA

Position: Principal Electrical Engineer (Onsite).
Location: Tewksbury/Andover, MA.
Security Clearance: Secret.

We are looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer with at least eight years of professional experience to join our Test Solutions team. You will work on mission‑critical technologies with experienced engineers, with strong long‑term stability and advancement potential.

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Design production test stations, Interface Test Adapters (ITAs), and harnesses.
• Perform capture activities via creating technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics with tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
• Experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).

• Experience supporting project planning, proposals, technical issue resolution, and mentoring early‑career staff.
• Knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
• Experience developing and implementing programming languages.
• Experience designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed‑signal, and electrical system interconnect.
• Experience performing analog, digital, or RF design.
