- Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Design production test stations, ITAs (Interface Test Adapters), and harnesses
- Design capture activities via the creation of technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis
- Act, either as part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree in a related field
- Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing
- Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics with tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic
- Experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters)
- Experience developing test equipment for use in a production factory or military depot environment
- Experience designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed‑signal, and electrical interconnect systems
- Experience with analog, digital, power, and/or RF design
- Understanding of computer architecture and hardware optimization
- Familiarity with common hardware interfaces and data protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, RS‑422)
- Experience using integrated development environments and debugging tools

Salary68,900 USD – 131,100 USD. Salary range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
