RTX in Massachusetts is seeking a Systems Engineering (SE) Cross Product Team Lead for the NASAMS Product Line to guide multi‑function teams on complex defense systems.
You will collaborate with IPT/CPT leads, lead internal R&D for future upgrades, provide system integration and live-fire test support, and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. A STEM degree, 10+ years in SE or defense, and an active Secret clearance are required; PMP certification is preferred.
