Raytheon in Massachusetts is seeking an Antenna and Microwave Engineer to design RF/microwave components and AESAs, and to test integrated phased array hardware. The role requires hands-on experience with CCAs, RF systems, and electromagnetic analysis.
The successful candidate will hold a STEM degree, at least two years of RF/microwave experience, and proficiency with HFSS/ADS/CST/Mentor Xpedition and Matlab. U.S. citizenship and DoD clearance are required.
