What You Will Do:
  • Track and manage hardware throughout the repair and return process
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Program Office, Receiving, Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Shipping
  • Ensure all repair items are accurately recorded and monitored in the workflow system.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that clearly communicate repair status to stakeholders.
  • Analyze material availability to support contract requirements, identify barriers, recommend solutions, and drive actions to meet program commitments
  • Schedule, coordinate, and expedite movement of repair items through the process
  • Use standard MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to support reporting and analysis
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, General Management, Engineering or related field.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required)
