Position: Antenna and Microwave Engineer
Location: Tewksbury, MA (Onsite)
Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required; active transferable DoD Secret clearance required before start date.
Responsibilities- Design RF microwave components and phased array applications.
- Conduct hand‑on testing of microwave components, cards and systems.
- Provide technical support to production activities.
- Integrate and test component‑level and system‑level phased‑array hardware.
- Travel to integration sites, customer and subcontractor facilities when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in microwave/RF system or component analysis, design, and test.
- Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition.
- Analytical skills using Matlab.
- Background designing and testing analog CCAs (frequency conversion, AGC, amplifier, and analog filter design) preferred.
- Understanding of requirement allocation from system to component level.
- Cost estimating, budget and schedule management experience preferred.
- Strong coursework in Microwave Engineering, Microwave Systems, Electromagnetic Theory, and Radar Systems.
- Hands‑on experience with microwave testing equipment (spectrum analyzers, real‑time spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, performance network analyzer).
- Competitive salary: $68,900 – $131,100 per year.
