Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineering (SE) Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) to support the Ghost Eye V120 Program. The Ghost Eye SE CPTL is responsible for leading the Ghost Eye Systems Engineering team’s execution of all Systems Engineering scope across the Ghost Eye Product Line.

This position is onsite based in Tewksbury, MA.

What you will do:
  • Work with other IPT/CPT leads from the various functions and products Serve as the primary Systems point of contact for the Ghost Eye program with the customer senior technical counterparts and internal senior program management and engineering leadership.
  • Provide technical and functional leadership to Systems Organization supporting the Ghost Eye V120 program, which will require Broad knowledge of the technology and concepts of radars and associated products Broad knowledge and understanding of the process and requirements of maintaining compliance with all export and import controls Ability to promote collaboration and drive alignment across Raytheon business units, functions and programs as well with external partners and customers.
  • Coordinate, write, and deliver technical presentations to both internal and external customers A deep enough understanding of general and Raytheon specific financial metrics (e.g. bookings, sales, operating profit, and cash) and processes, and program metrics (e.g. CPI/SPI, EAC) and processes, to provide meaningful insight into business decisions and strategies.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and de-conflict competing tasks based on an accurate assessment on an accurate
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in Ghost Eye/LTAMDS Programs (or similar program) system design, development, integration/verification, production, and sustainment
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic development, customer interface, or contract capture in the Defense Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
