** What You’ll Do
*** Welcome and check in guests with a warm, positive attitude
* Brief players on game rules, safety, and storyline
* Use Escapology’s
** M3 software
** to provide hints and clues during gameplay
* Keep the atmosphere upbeat, engaging, and fun for guests and teammates
* Upsell games, beverages, and merchandise to enhance the guest experience
* Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
* Maintain a clean, organized environment following daily/weekly/monthly schedules
* Ensure guest and staff safety at all times
* Assist with general operational tasks as needed
* Stay current on training and follow direction from the Head Game Master or management---###

** What We’re Looking For
*** Strong communication skills and a genuine love for interacting with people
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* Employment contingent upon successful
** Background Check and/or CORI Screening
*** Minimum age of
** 18 years old
*** Ability to stand for extended periods (6–8 hours) and move between rooms quickly
* ** TiPS Certification** (training provided if not currently certified)
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a
** plus**, but not required
