Our flagship platform, Eco Auto, is scaling nationally as a franchise system with real estate attached to expansion. In parallel, we are building a private capital fund designed to expand access to capital in the automotive industry while helping operators create generational wealth through opportunities they typically cannot access on their own.

This platform is built by a first-generation immigrant founder who lived the friction firsthand. We move fast, we execute, and we build with a long-term mandate.

This leadership seat works side by side with the founder for someone with private equity, private credit, investment banking, or capital markets experience who can combine:

• Closing.

You will own the capital lane end-to-end from investor relationships, structuring, diligence flow, negotiation, to execution. We make decisions quickly when the deal is right. If you’re used to slow committees and politics, this is the opposite.

• Drive fund raising positioning, structure, and investor fit (private equity-style standards) regarless of the family office entity that we are bringing in capital from.
• Build/organize diligence materials and data room flow
• Originate and convert relationships across family offices, HNW, RIAs, and strategic allocators
• Lead calls, control process, negotiate terms, and close
• Support capital solutions that accelerate the platform: growth capital, structured credit, and real estate-linked financing
• Align capital strategy with operational milestones and expansion timelines

• Background in PE / private credit / IB / capital markets / fundraising with credible deal or raise experience
• You can operate autonomously and drive outcomes without constant direction
• You’re comfortable being measured by closed results, not activity
• You bring relationships—and you know how to convert them
• You speak investor fluently: structure, terms, risk, incentives, reporting, downside protection
• You are seeking a low red-tape highly engaged environment

We will prioritize candidates who can provide specific examples of a fundraise or transactions you drove (your role, size, structure, outcome) and you operating system (CRM/pipeline stages/cadence) for moving from intro >diligence >terms >close
