• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for Surface Radars and Sensors Center
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and variance reports to Surface Radar and Sensors Center Lead to aid in strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Center Lead, Department Lead, and Section Leads to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Monitor OH Spending and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with RTX financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including preparation of presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and leverage digital tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
• Prepare labor transfers and IOTs as required

  Gain a strong understanding of financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Leadership and Influence:
  Enhance your leadership skills by driving cross-functional initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and influencing key stakeholders.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry or a large multinational corporation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
