This role is a key member of the Global Patriot SSBU within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) portfolio. The successful candidate will lead the management of cost control, earned value management (EVMS) compliance, and execution of the existing backlog while supporting the capture of new business with a potential value of approximately $5B. The candidate will lead and manage a finance team of 2–4 professionals and collaborate closely with Program Directors, Program Managers, and Functional partners to align on strategy, operations, and financial objectives.
WhatYou Will Do
- Manage multiple contracts and programs across different customers
- Coordinate development of quarterly estimated costs (EACs) and prepare earned value management reports
- Generate manpower reports to support Global Patriot and LADS level staffing demand reviews, identifying gaps and plans for closure
- Support proposal development and program start‑up activities
- Partner with Landed Company personnel (Raytheon Emirates Limited) on business capture strategy and proposal generation
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with a minimum of 8years finance experience, OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 5years finance experience
- Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs) or similar systems and tools
- Proficiency with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and processes
- Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Familiarity with Raytheon business systems (SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills at all management levels
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and implement process improvements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to communicate effectively with international partners where English is a second language (preferred)
- Experience with proposals is preferred
Salary Range: 107,500
