We have an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join our Business Operations Finance team (OSQ) within the Naval Power portfolio.
Responsibilities- Perform detailed weekly financial analysis to schedule, budget, and EAC positions.
- Perform monthly updates to Operations Earned Value metrics including customer reportable Earned Value deliverables.
- Responsible for quarterly EACs for Operations including but not limited to EAC inputs from Value Stream Finance, EAC updates in APEX, EAC presentation, EAC variance analysis and EAC R&O analysis.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly oversight of Operations labor and cash forecasts monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances to plan and forecasts.
- Provide the organization with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.
- A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance.
- Experience in program cost schedule and control environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- We prefer R6
Sigma / CORE Specialist or familiarity with Six Sigma / CORE processes. - Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or equivalent.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
- Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures.
- Self‑starter, highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude.
- Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience presenting to leadership and peers.
- Experience managing multiple priorities.
- Salary range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
