We are seeking a program finance professional to support the Kuwait and Bahrain Patriot programs within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area role is based in Tewksbury, MA, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities- Support financial control and compliance for upgrade, spares, and in‑country technical assistance programs.
- Perform monthly financial cost reconciliation and analyses to ensure contracts remain within agreed‑to parameters.
- Complete quarterly EACs, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting for in‑country operations.
- Maintain accurate records for budget and EAC tracking using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and incorporate all changes into control systems.
- Partner with Patriot Product Line teams, LADS Program Management Offices, Supply Chain, and other cross‑business teams.
- Prepare monthly Certificate of Completion and other CDRLs.
- Manage all IOTs and revise as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, including experience with program finance and/or earned value management.
- Experience using SAP or a similar system.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Self‑motivated, effective at working independently.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, multitasking, verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
