PATRIOT - Kuwait​/Bahrain Program Cost Controls Analyst; P2 *HYBRID

We are seeking a program finance professional to support the Kuwait and Bahrain Patriot programs within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area  role is based in Tewksbury, MA, with a hybrid work arrangement.

• Support financial control and compliance for upgrade, spares, and in‑country technical assistance programs.
• Perform monthly financial cost reconciliation and analyses to ensure contracts remain within agreed‑to parameters.
• Complete quarterly EACs, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting for in‑country operations.
• Maintain accurate records for budget and EAC tracking using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and incorporate all changes into control systems.
• Partner with Patriot Product Line teams, LADS Program Management Offices, Supply Chain, and other cross‑business teams.
• Prepare monthly Certificate of Completion and other CDRLs.
• Manage all IOTs and revise as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, including experience with program finance and/or earned value management.
• Experience using SAP or a similar system.
• U.S. citizenship.

• Self‑motivated, effective at working independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
