Associate Director of Finance – Middle East & Asia Pacific (MAP)

Tewksbury, MA, USA (Hybrid – onsite & remote)

Salary Range: $157,200–$298,800 USD.

Lead the finance team for Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates programs within the Global Patriot Middle East & Asia Pacific Finance team. Drive P&L ownership, financial governance, and strategic decision‑making for high‑growth Middle East Patriot programs.

• Manage P&L for a portfolio of strategic, high‑growth Middle East Patriot programs.
• Lead, grow, and develop a multi‑layered finance team of 10‑12 employees.
• Establish, maintain, and drive robust controls over program and financial performance.
• Ensure program adherence to RLPM and CORE operating processes.
• Establish effective program processes to drive consistency and efficiency across business cadence.
• Act as a key business partner to Program Area Director, PMs, IPTs, and functional leads.
• Ensure transparency and predictability across financial outlooks and reporting.
• Ensure completion of timely and accurate quarterly EACs for revenue recognition.
• Drive financial performance in support of business commitments and communicate key messaging to leadership.
• Establish financial terms, structures, and readiness within proposals that support effective execution of contracts.
• Provide financial guidance and governance to program area while driving alignment to contractual & legal requirements.
• Drive complex offset/localization provisioning, execution, and close‑out.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 12 years’ experience in finance or a related business role, OR an advanced degree and 10 years’ experience.
• Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain).
• Experience leading a team of finance professionals and briefing senior leadership.
• Experience managing a unique team to achieve complex, long‑term objectives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to succinctly present to senior leadership.
• Understanding of EAC structure/preparation and Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Experience with APEX, PRISM, IOTs, Rplan and EDIT+.
• Understanding of AOP and long‑range planning, program forecasting and metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and solve multifaceted problems using critical and strategic thinking.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence others and achieve results.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
