This is an opportunity to join the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area supporting Global Patriot. In this fast-paced role you will work closely with the Middle East and Asia Pacific (MAP) FP&A Manager through the entire forecasting cadence as well as regional & functional finance leaders.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a complex & high-profile program area. This role will allow for high visibility during various monthly & quarterly reviews to LADS Leadership as well as Regional Program Area & Functional Leadership Teams.
This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote). The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocations assistance is not being offered.
What You Will Do
- Ensuring accuracy & completeness of data
- Support the organization through various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines including the following:
Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Investment Planning, Monthly Operation Reviews, Monthly Forecast Reviews, and Balance Sheet Reviews - Analyze large amounts of data from various sources in support of various requests
- Support frequent ad-hoc requests
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
- Experience with APEX, RPlan, or a similar toolset
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer
- Financial Planning & Analysis Experience
- Ability to meet critical deadlines while multitasking and managing workload requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with various functions and levels of management
- Strong attention to detail & ability to analyze complex financial scenarios
- Experience with large, complex programs
- Experience interfacing with various functional disciplines
